When the owner brought us their ideas for this project, we helped to design a layout for a fourplex that was functional while working within the City bylaws. With a modern look and small footprint, this building features an incredible amount of outdoor space for each unit, a green “living driveway”, 10’ ceilings in the living rooms, and a layout with two bedrooms and a den. Space savers like stacking laundry under the stairs give these townhomes an open feel while providing all the amenities.
