This golf course and master planned community was renamed to Black Mountain Golf from Bell Mountain Golf after its sale. Weninger Construction worked on the design and development of the concept, re-zoning the land, bringing in services, and  managed construction of Phase 1, the first 9 holes of the course. Driven by a passion for golf, this development is a testament to ingenuity and flexibility of our company.
