When a house fire destroyed a family townhome, we were called in to renovate and restore it. Weninger Construction worked closely with the insurance company and the clients to maintain their budget & timelines.  With a smaller space, we redesigned the layout to have much better function and flow for this family. Careful planning, selections, and product choices kept this build on point and created a space that works for the whole family. The kitchen was moved, expanding it in a more central location, the main floor bathroom got a new shower, and every area got some much needed updates. Spray foam insulation brought the narrow exterior walls up to code and new windows and doors means that heat loss won’t be an issue here anymore. to was thrilled to be a part of rebuilding this family’s new dream home.
